A HOME FOR LIFETIME SURVIVORS

We Are the First Generation to Live a Lifetime with HIV.

We were expected to survive the epidemic. We chose to build beyond it. Dandelions exists because Lifetime Survivors deserve more than remembrance. We deserve power, belonging, leadership, investment, and a future shaped by our own vision. We are not preserving a legacy that is ending. We are creating one that is just beginning.

Leadership

Growing the next generation of survivor leaders.

Storytelling

Preserving our voices and rewriting history.

community

Creating spaces where Lifetime Survivors belong.

Investment

Moving resources and power into our hands.

In 2022, Dandelions Inc. pioneered the first "For Us, By Us" movement dedicated to individuals who have lived with HIV for a lifetime. We mobilize our community through advocacy, artivism, research, and education—honoring the roots we come from by advancing social and reproductive justice, while simultaneously advocating for our rights as lifetime survivors.

Discovering unique and innovative ways to share our story and archive our legacy

Our aim is to actively amplify the diverse voices of our community while fostering a genuine sense of ownership and belonging!
